Nike Air Jordan Formula - Blk / Var Red / Cmnt Gry

One of the smoothest non-hybrid Jordan Brand basketball shoes yet is this new model, the Air Jordan Formula from the Jordan Brand Holiday 2010 Collection. These bad boys could be mistaken for a fashion sneaker with their sleek leather construction and no nonsense midsole tooling, but they’re meant to tear up the hardwood. This black and red colorway has a timeless vibe thanks to the smooth leather construction and its correspondence to the Air Jordan lineage, and could be a sleeper hit this holiday season. Check out more shots when you click the jump below and look for these at select JB spots like Eastbay.

12/24/10 - Jordan Retro XI Anticipated Release - 2011

"Jays4Lyfe" recently gave all sneakerheads fair warning regarding the newly released Jordan Cool Grey XIs, but it looks like the heat is coming back to back. Another rumored release sounding the alarm on the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’ and Air Jordan XI ‘Columbia’, with a possibility of both releasing together as a package. Both the Concords and Columbias have not been retroed since 2000 and 2001, although we did get a Concord-like release with the Air Jordan XI DMP of 2006 and the Air Jordan XI 25th Anniversary from earlier this year.

If this is the case we suggest all sneaker fanatics start saving their pennies for this exclusive pack which will retail for around $310. This release will definately go down in history. So there you have it; you have been warned and you heard it from "Jays4Lyfe".

Nike Air Jordan Cool Grey Controversy In Texas

AUSTIN, Texas — Some shoppers got a bit krazy over the limited holiday release of the new Air Jordan Retro XI Cool Grey's.

Police were called to a Round Rock outlet mall on Thursday in response to outrageous shoppers lined up to buy "Cool Grey" Nike Air Jordan 11 Retro kix.

The shoes went on sale for about $175 a pair at several stores Thursday morning. Shoppers began lining up the night before.

Round Rock police spokesman Eric Poteet told the Austin-American Statesman that some shoppers in a crowd of about 100 waiting to enter Robert Wayne Footwear got mad and disruptive when workers did not let them all into the store at once.

Poteet says authorities detained several of the "instigators of discourtesy and uncivil acts" but there were no arrests or injuries.
